We offer three levels of Home Condition Reports to suit different property types and buyer needs:

Level 1 ( Condition Report):
Ideal for newer or conventionally built homes in good condition. Provides a concise overview of the property’s structure, services, and urgent issues without detailed advice or repairs.

Level 2 ( HomeBuyer Report):
Suited for older properties or those with visible signs of wear. Includes more detailed information on potential issues, advice on repairs and maintenance, and recommendations for further investigations if needed.

Level 3 ( Building Survey):
Best for large, older, or significantly altered properties. Offers a comprehensive analysis of the property’s structure and fabric, highlighting major and minor defects, estimated repair costs, and long-term maintenance considerations.
